1. Agreement & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions govern all painting and waterproofing proposals, contracts, on-site services, and materials furnished by All Weather Painting Services ("Contractor", "we", "our") to the property owner, general contractor, or tenant ("Client", "you").

Acceptance of an estimate, issuance of a deposit, or verbal/written authorization to commence surface preparation, waterproofing, or painting constitutes binding acceptance of these Terms.

2. Estimates, Quotes & Change Orders

All written estimates provided by All Weather Painting Services remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance.

• Scope Definition: Estimates explicitly list included surfaces, number of coats, prep level, waterproofing membranes, and specified paint products. Surfaces not explicitly listed are excluded.
• Hidden Substrate Defects: If decayed timber, black mold, severe moisture intrusion, structural framing defects, or loose historic plaster are discovered after surface scraping, we will notify you immediately with a written Change Order outlining repair costs before proceeding.
• Client-Requested Additions: Additional rooms, accent walls, color changes after ordering, or custom decorative finishes will be billed via signed written Change Orders.

3. Job Site Access & Client Preparation

To enable our painters and waterproofing technicians to execute quality work efficiently and safely, the Client agrees to:

• Utilities Access: Provide reliable electricity and running water on site throughout project duration at no expense to Contractor.
• Interior Clearing: Remove fragile knick-knacks, fine artwork, electronics, and valuable personal belongings from work areas prior to crew arrival. Large furniture will be moved to the center of rooms and masked with thick protective drop sheets by our team.
• Exterior Clearance: Trim back dense shrubs, vines, or trees within 24 inches of exterior walls, and ensure pets are securely housed during work hours.

4. Color Selection & Approval

All Weather Painting Services provides professional color consultation to assist in harmonizing your home’s aesthetic. However, final color selection is the sole responsibility of the Client.

5. Weather Contingencies (Exterior Painting & Waterproofing)

Exterior painting and waterproofing are strictly weather-dependent. Applications cannot proceed under rain, heavy moisture, high relative humidity (above 85%), or extreme weather conditions. Delays caused by inclement monsoon weather conditions are beyond the Contractor's control and shall not constitute a breach of contract or delay penalty.

6. Payment Terms & Invoicing

Standard residential and commercial painting projects follow our milestone payment schedule:

• Mobilization Deposit: 20% to 30% due upon contract signing to lock in your project dates and procure genuine factory-sealed paint & waterproofing materials.
• Progress Payment: 40% due upon completion of surface preparation, crack filling, moisture sealing, and prime coat application.
• Final Balance: Remaining balance due immediately upon final walkthrough inspection and completion of touch-up punch list.

7. Workmanship Warranty & Guarantees

All Weather Painting Services proudly stands behind every brushstroke with our comprehensive Workmanship & Waterproofing Warranty on residential and commercial projects in Bangalore.

• Warranty Coverage: We warrant that applied coatings and waterproofing membranes will not peel, blister, or crack due to improper surface preparation or substandard application.
• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover normal fading from UV sun exposure, structural building settling, internal plumbing pipeline bursts, or mechanical abrasion caused after completion.
• Touch-Up Warranty Service: Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty term, accompanied by photographs and project invoice number.

8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your painting project up to 7 business days prior to the scheduled start date with full refund of deposit less any custom tinting materials already purchased. Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled start are subject to a late scheduling fee.

9. Insurance & Liability

All Weather Painting Services maintains comprehensive Commercial General Liability Insurance and full safety standards for all crew members. Proof of insurance and project credentials are readily available upon request.
