1. General Information Disclaimer
The materials and content presented on the All Weather Painting Services website
are intended solely for general informational and marketing purposes. While we strive to
maintain current information, project timelines, color palettes, and pricing calculators are
approximations.
Nothing on this website constitutes a formal binding contract until a written project estimate has been
signed and accepted by both the Client and an authorized representative of All Weather Painting Services.
2. Digital Color Representation & Lighting Variance
Digital screens, monitors, and smartphone displays use RGB lighting profiles that render colors
differently from real liquid paints applied to physical substrates.
Critical Recommendation: Colors displayed on digital color swatches or online palette
selectors may differ noticeably from the final dried coat. Paint appearance is significantly affected by
natural daylight orientation (North vs South facing rooms), artificial lighting temperature (2700K warm
vs 5000K daylight LEDs), wall texture (knockdown, orange peel, smooth), and substrate porosity.
- Test Swatches: All Weather Painting Services strongly recommends applying physical
sample tester swatches
directly to your walls prior to final approval during our color consultation phase.
- Manufacturer Batch Variations: Minor batch-to-batch color variances can occur between
paint cans produced at different times; our crews practice "boxing" (mixing cans together) to maintain
uniformity across large walls.
3. Substrate & Structural Limitations
Paint and protective coatings are designed to seal, beautify, and protect sound architectural surfaces.
They are not structural repair materials.
- Concealed Moisture & Seepage: Applying paint over water-saturated
plaster or masonry suffering from efflorescence (rising damp) without specialized waterproofing
treatment will not halt decay. We recommend
our comprehensive diagnostic and specialized waterproofing services prior to interior coating.
- Pre-existing Surface Condition: Structural settling cracks reappearing as a result of
foundation shifting, seismic
vibration, or seasonal expansion/contraction of framing members are outside the scope of paint adhesion
warranties.
5. Cure Times vs. Dry Times
Modern acrylic, elastomeric, and PU paints dry to the touch within 1 to 4 hours. However, full chemical
cure
(achieving maximum hardness, washability, and weather resistance) requires 14 to 30 calendar
days.
Clients are advised to avoid scrubbing painted walls, leaning heavy objects against freshly painted
baseboards, or placing adhesive tape on recently coated surfaces until full cure has completed.
6. Third-Party Links & Manufacturer Warranties
Our website may link to third-party paint manufacturer databases (such as Asian Paints, Berger Paints,
Nippon, or Dulux) and design resources. All Weather Painting Services has no control over external
websites and accepts no
responsibility for external content, specifications, or privacy practices.
Product warranties covering paint formulation defects (such as chemical breakdown) are backed directly by
the respective paint manufacturers. Contractor warranties cover our surface preparation, masking, and
skilled
application.
